The brake (FDB) has a coil carrier (1) that is provided with spring elements (3) that are rotationally and axially connected to an armature disc (4). A regular release of the brake is enabled when a handlift lever (H) manually applies external energy to the brake. The handlift lever is connected to armature disc for converting hydraulic pressure into linear movement. The handlift lever connected together with armature disc is moved against the force of spring elements, for clamping a shaft (6) between armature disc and friction surface (5) to provide brake effect.
