<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in moldability, heat resistance, shock resistance and peeling resistance and to provide a molded product comprising the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition is made by blending 1 to 99 pts.wt. of polylactic acid based resin (A), 99 to 1 pts.wt. of polyolefin-based resin (B), making the amount of the sum total of polylactic acid based resin (A) and polyolefin-based resin (B) 100 pts.wt., and 1 to 50 pts.wt. of conjugated diene polymer (C) including the conjugated diene polymer (C-1) of which the MFR in a loading condition of 21.2N, at 230°C is more than 30 g/10 min.
