PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recorder which, even when a program whose video recording time is overlapped to that of another program is generated, can reduce user's operation loads. SOLUTION: The video recorder includes: a video recording reservation receiving means for receiving a video recording reservation of a program; a video recording time adjustment means which, when a program whose video recording time is overlapped to that of another program even a little in the received video recording reservation, displays a picture indicating the overlap of the video recording time and receives adjustment of video recording time of the program; a program registration means for registering information concerned with the program whose video recording time is overlapped and the adjusted video recording time of the program; and a video recording time setting means for setting a video recording reservation based on the adjusted video recording time in the next video recording reservation of the registered program.
