<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery apparatus with a reliable safety system, and a vehicle with the secondary battery apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the secondary battery apparatus comprising a diagnosis circuit 216 for outputting an overvoltage alarm signal for informing whether respective voltage values in a plurality of secondary battery cells are overvoltages of predetermined threshold values or higher, a shutdown signal generating circuit 605 for outputting a first level of a shutdown signal to an upper level control means 71 when it is determined that at least one of the secondary battery cells is the overvoltage by the overvoltage alarm signal, and a control circuit CTR supplied with the shutdown signal, and controlling operations of the diagnosis circuit 216 and the shutdown signal generating circuit 605, the shutdown signal generating circuit 605 sets the shutdown signal at a second level when implementing the diagnosis circuit 216 a self diagnosis, and outputs an alarm signal so as to inform the control circuit CTR of the overvoltage when the overvoltage alarm signal for informing the overvoltage is supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
