TOUCH PANEL INTEGRATED LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A touch panel integrated liquid crystal display is provided to remove a separate transparent substrate for generating a straight light by including a light source which emits the straight light. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array substrate(110) and color filter array substrate(120) are placed facing each other. A liquid crystal layer(130) is filled between the TFT array substrate and the color filter array substrate. A light source(310) emits the straight light which is straightly projected from the upper part of the color filter array substrate. A light receiving unit(320) senses the straight light. A black matrix layer of the color filter array substrate is placed coping with the outer part of the pixel area.
