PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse that can be formed almost without material loss, and can be miniaturized, and to provide a fuse mounting structure using the fuse. SOLUTION: The fuse 1A includes a conductive fuse element 2 which has a pair of connector parts 2a that are formed by bending both end sides of conductive wire rod so as to be in parallel and a fusible part 2b that is formed between the pair of connector parts 2a with the cross-section area made smaller than that of the other part, and an insulating shape-holding member 3 which is fixed to the fuse element 2 and holds the shape of the fuse element 2.
