Provided is a heat exchange ventilating apparatus comprising: a main body housing having an indoor-air intake port, an indoor-air outlet port, an outdoor-air intake port and an outdoor-air outlet port; a first air blower fan arranged in a first flow channel formed between the indoor-air intake port and the outdoor-air outlet port in the main body housing; a second air blower fan arranged in a second flow channel formed between the outdoor-air intake port and the indoor-air outlet port in the main body housing; a rotary heat exchange element arranged so as to enable the first flow channel to pass a first region and enable the second flow channel to pass through another region; a first covering which has one open side connected to an intake portion of the first air blower fan, and which has a cross-sectional area that becomes narrow in accordance with the airflow direction in the first flow channel; and a filter box which has one open side having a cross-sectional area corresponding to the cross-sectional area of the other side of the first covering, and which has a cross-sectional area that becomes widened in accordance with the airflow direction in the first flow channel. |
