PURPOSE: An automatic elevation pillow is provided to increase user's health by removing emotional instability and preventing ruptured cervical disk. CONSTITUTION: An automatic elevation pillow comprises: a horizontal board(2) in which an inserted hole and pair holes are symmetrically punched in a side plate of the pillow; a separation prevention rotor(2D) which is firmly installed in both ends of the horizontal board; and a rotor in which a digital audio recorder is buried in one end thereof. |
