<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to create a table list of information related to outing settlement using use history of bus or railroad read using an IC card reader of a composite machine to perform application for approval of outing settlement. <P>SOLUTION: The composite machine is communicatively connected with an information processing apparatus which receives application of outing settlement. After logging in to a management server according to user identification information, it stores history information read from an IC card in an external memory, displays on a display part, outing history information containing at least a departure place, destination and the fare out of the history information in which the fare is generated by having used transportation, not containing history information applicable to a commuter pass route which does not generate the fare whenever using transportation among the history information, and transmits from instruction reception which receives application of outing settlement, fixed outing history information currently displayed on a screen concerning the outing settlement, together with the logged in user identification information as an outing application to the information processing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
