An LED lamp and a road-lamp with the same. The LED lamp includes: a substrate (1) for mounting the LEDs (10), a reflecting cover (2), a radiator (3), a mounting frame (4), an electric power source (5) and an upper cover (6). The substrate (1) and the reflecting cover (2) are mounted on the radiator (3). The substrate (1) is provided with concentrators (11) and each concentrator surrounds the light emitting surface of the LED(10). The concentrator (11) is provided with a curved wall that can concentrate the light emitted from the LED (10) within a range of angels. The reflecting cover (2) is provided with a curved surface that reflects the light for a second time, wherein the light is concentrated by reflecting from the curved wall of the concentrator (11). |
