PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition formed in a graphic is provided to be visually differentiated in graphic image and to ensure functionality. CONSTITUTION: A functional cosmetic composition in which a graphic is induced contains 20-99 weight% of transparent essence phase as an outer phase; and 1-80 weight% of water-in-oil type(W/O) of oil-in-water type(O/W) emulsion as an inner phase. The cosmetic composition contains: an active ingredient contained in the W/O or O/W type emulsion; 0.5-30 weight% of ingredient selected from vitamin A,C,E, collagen, ceramide, peptide, adenosine, arbutin, hyaluronic acid, and chondroitin sulfate; 1-5 wieight% of hydrogenated lecithin; 0.1-4 weight% of polyglyceryl-6-poly ricinoleate; 1-4 weight% of phytosterol; 1-10 weight% of 1,3-butyleneglycol; 0.5-30 weight% of physiologically active ingredients; 1-10 weight% of carprylic alcohol/capric glyceride; and 36-96.4 weight% of purified water.
