PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying a stock, wherein the stock are is supplied with a short feed pitch and the feed stroke of a transfer device is not longer than required. SOLUTION: A rotating body 5 which is rotationally driven on the horizontal plane and has an outer diameter part passing through a receiving position S and a feeding position G on the opposite side of the center of rotation is arranged on the outlet side of a chute 3 and a holder 8 with which the stock A is received in the receiving position S on the outlet of the chute 3 is provided in two places on the opposite side of the center of rotation of the rotating body 5, in the outer diameter part of the rotating body 5. This holder 8 receiving the stock A in the receiving position S is rotationally moved on the horizontal plane by the rotation of the rotating body 5 and, by feeding the received stock A to the feeding position G on the opposite side of the center of rotation, the base A is made so as to be fed at a short pitch and also, by putting the feeding position G where is provided on the opposite side of the receiving position S to the center of rotation of the rotating body 5 close to the side of a press, the feed stroke of the transfer device 21 is controlled so as to be not longer than required.
