PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective anode electrode for organic EL display having a new Al-based alloy reflecting film in which a low contact resistance and a high reflectance can be secured even if an Al reflecting film is directly contacted to an oxide conductive film such as ITO and IZO, and further, the work function on the surface of the upper layer oxide conductive film at the time of a lamination structure with the oxide conductive film is high to the same extent as the work function of the lamination structure of a general-purpose Ag-based alloy film and the oxide conductive film. SOLUTION: The reflective anode electrode for organic EL display formed on a substrate has a lamination structure of an Al-based alloy film containing Ag 0.1-6 atom% and an oxide conductive film which directly contacts on the Al-based alloy film.
