摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractive index distribution measurement system and a method of measuring refractive index distribution, capable of measuring the refractive index distribution of a subject with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The refractive index distribution measurement system is provided, including a two-beam interferometer and a signal processing apparatus 90 for acquiring refractive index distribution of a subject from interference fringe images acquired by the interferometer. The interferometer includes a light source unit 10 generating coherent light, having two kinds of different wavelengths and a CPU 1 selecting one of the two kinds of wavelengths for observing the interference fringes for the respective wavelengths.
