<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control apparatus with a simple configuration, which has high effect of preventing permeation of a liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 10 formed like a case has an opening and a bottom 13. A lid 20 is formed like a plate-shape, and seals the opening of the housing 10 to form a housing space 15 between itself and the housing 10. Claws 11 fix the lid 20 to the housing 10. A controller 30 is provided in a housing space 15. The lid 20 has a first extensions 221, 222, 223, 224 formed to extend outward from an abutment 230 where the lid 20 and the peripheral edge of the opening abuts, and a second extension 231. The first extensions 221, 222 each have an upright part 234 provided upright toward a bottom 13 of the housing 10 and formed so as to cover the abutment 230.
