A device for wiring cable and a lighting system using the same are provided to this reduce whole thickness by directly mounting an LED(Light Emitting Diode) light emitting device to a switching member positioned within a cable housing. A device for wiring cable comprises a cable housing(20) and one or a plurality of switching members(30). An opening part(24) is formed in one side of the cable housing along a longitudinal direction. Each cable supporting unit is positioned in right and left of the opening part. A cable(52) is installed in one side between right and left of the opening part along a longitudinal direction. A switching member is movably installed between the cable supporting units of the cable housing along a longitudinal direction. The switching member comprises a first terminal(33) contacted to the installed cable and a second terminal(34) not contacted to the installed cable. The switching member is rotatable so that the contact between the installed first terminal and the cable is canceled.
