PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an optical transmitter module used for a head cymbal assembly of an information recording device, and to provide optical coupling between optical devices in a near-infrared wavelength of 600 to 900 nm without using advanced aligning equipment. SOLUTION: One set of optical devices 502, 503 are optically coupled by an optical connection 510. The optical connector part is manufactured in a self-formed optical waveguide and includes a core 507 composed of a shaft-like curable composition component which is cured by the radiation of near-infrared light, and a clad 508 composed of a curable composition component which is provided at outside of the core and has a refractive index smaller than that of the core.
