Disclosed is an asbestos-treating agent containing 0.5-3.0% by weight of phosphoric acid, 1-20% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5-20% by weight of an alcohol, and pure water. Also disclosed is a method for treating asbestos using same.</p> |
