<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter contributing to improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency, and to provide a photoelectric conversion module. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter includes: a substrate; a polygonal element arranged on the substrate; a frame which is disposed on the substrate and surrounds the element by leaving a space with the element in the case of a planar view; and a condensing member which is bonded to the frame and covers a space surrounded by the frame. The condensing member is characterized in that: a shape of a lower outer edge is similar to that of an outer edge of the element; and an upper part is in a broad reverse truncated cone shape from a lower part toward the upper part to make the condensing member overlap with the element in the case of the planar and remote view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
