PURPOSE: A door hinge assembly for a vehicle is intended to provide a hinge arm latch for enabling the locking and unlocking of a swing hinge arm and a sliding hinge arm, which are mounted between a vehicle body and a door. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge assembly for a vehicle comprises a hinge arm latch(300). The hinge arm latch comprises a swing locking bar(310), a sliding locking bar(320) and a locking bar control unit. The locking bar control unit controls the movement of the sliding locking bar and the swing locking bar. The locking bar control unit comprises a first swing magnet(311), a first sliding magnet(321), a magnetic-force generator(330), a swing locking pin(313), a sliding locking pin(323), a case(340), a second sliding magnet(322), a first case magnet(343) and a second case magnet(344). The first swing magnet is mounted on the swing locking bar. The first sliding magnet is mounted on the sliding locking bar. The magnetic-force generator forms magnetic filed and pushes the first swing and sliding magnets, if electricity is carried.
