PURPOSE: A membrane bio-reacting apparatus and a method for processing water using the same are provided to prevent the introduction of nitrogen ions and phosphorus ions based on electric filed generated by the application of a bias voltage. CONSTITUTION: A membrane bio-reacting apparatus(1) includes a membrane bio-reactor(10) and a bias voltage applying unit(20). The membrane bio-reactor is composed of hollow fiber type or hollow plate sheet type. The bias voltage applying unit applies a bias voltage to a space surrounded by membrane(11) in the membrane bio-reactor. The bias voltage applying unit includes wires or electrodes(21) expanded along the longitudinal direction of the membrane. |
