PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trailer house installed in a predetermined place to be occupied, and used as a housing, in which an occupied zone is widened by putting no restriction on an installation place. SOLUTION: The trailer house includes a container 2. The container 2 has a biological toilet 21. Thereby, the excrement can be decomposed and treated using the action of a microorganism in the biological toilet 21, so as to eliminate the need for discharging waste water or dirt out of the trailer house. Therefore, the trailer house can be installed even in the place having no equipment for waste water treatment or night soil dip-up work, so that the occupied zone is widened by putting no restriction on the installation place.
