<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing resin particles having narrow particle size distribution, satisfying both of heat-resistant storage stability and melting characteristics (low-temperature meltability), and containing a uniformly dispersed colorant. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing resin particles (Z) comprises: dispersing a solvent (S) solution (L) of a resin (B) and a colorant dispersion (C) in carbon dioxide (X) in a liquid or supercritical state in which organic fine particles (A) are dispersed to form resin particles (Z1) in which (A) is fixed on surfaces of resin particles (Y1) comprising (B), the colorant (k) and (S); treating (Z1) with (X); and removing (X) and (S) from the resulting dispersion (Q) in which (Z1) is dispersed in (X) and (S), wherein (B) is a resin composed of a crystalline moiety (a) containing a polycondensed polyester (p) not containing an aromatic ring as an essential component and an amorphous moiety (b), and wherein (C) is an (S) dispersion of (k) prepared by mixing (k), a specific dispersant (l), (S) and (X), vaporizing and removing (X) by vacuum expansion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
