PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional water-receiving tank: that remote monitoring of the water level and water quality, appropriate control and remote control of the water level cannot be carried out; that it is difficult to take counter measures against dead water in the water-receiving tank; and that a defenite mechanism is not presented for reusing the energy of the water pressure in a water-supplying route. SOLUTION: In a system, a user can refer to water level information and water quality information of a remote monitoring device via a server connected to a network circuit. The user can appropriately executes a water-supply-starting operation and a halting operation thereof, automatic control, and dead-water counter-measure mode on the remote-monitoring device via the server connected to the network circuit. A hydraulic power generation device is mounted to a portion for supplying the water to the water-receiving tank or a portion for supplying the water to each household from the water-receiving tank, while the system has a function for measuring the electric energy generated by the hydraulic power generation device and the consumed water flow rate.
