The device has an operation head (10) activating an inflation device (60). A blocking device blocks activation of the inflation device when ambient pressure acting on a container (70) from outside is higher than a limit pressure. A container duct (30) is arranged in a container wall (71) and connected with the head via a line (20). A pressure transferring device is provided in the duct and transfers the instantaneous ambient pressure to the head via the line. The transferring device retains the blocking device in a blocking position when the ambient pressure is higher than the limit pressure.
