PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple light-emitting unit which can increase the decoration effect by changing the reflection direction of light. SOLUTION: The light-emitting unit 40 is provided with light-emitting parts 45, a lens 44 and a base 46 on which the light-emitting parts 45 are mounted. A rugged surface 44b of the lens 44 is opposed to the base 46. Its surface has inclined parts which are inclined with respect to the base 46. The inclined parts are constructed so that they may reflect and refract light from the light-emitting parts 45. The base 46 reflects light reflected by the inclined parts.
