摘要	PURPOSE: A bumper beam for a vehicle is provided to prevent under riding because an auxiliary beam is projected from the top of a main beam to increase the contact area with a bumper of other vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bumper beam for a vehicle comprises a main beam(10), a movable beam(20), and an auxiliary beam(40). The main beam forms a frame inside a bumper. The movable beam is installed in the main beam and moved by contacting a bumper of other vehicle in the event of a collision. The auxiliary beam is projected out of the main beam by interlocking with the movable beam.
