A method for making salad of rice noodle with vegetables such that 40 g rice noodle are boiled, it is dressed with 50 g oyster sauce, vegetables are cooked separately, for which purpose 30 g carrot, 30 g bulb onion, 30 g sweet pepper, 30 g pe-tsai, 20 g spinach, 20 g garlic are fried on a pan on sesame oil in an amount of 10 g. Then marine products are added, in particular 100 g shrimps, 50 g calamaries, 50 g mussels in shells, and further the boiled rice noodle is mixed with the fried vegetables and marine products pouring with 10 g of sesame seeds. |
