PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food service cart capable of electromagnetically induction heating for every dish on service trays. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic induction coils are disposed on shelf sections for placing the plurality of service trays at respective positions corresponding to every dish to be placed on the service trays, a driving circuit is individually connected to each of the respective electromagnetic induction coils, and control means for controlling the driving circuit is provided for every service tray so as to attain the cooking by the electromagnetic induction heating for each dish unit of the respective service trays.
