<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber having good quality by suppressing the fluffing when heating a heat-resistant fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-resistant fiber is produced by bringing a fiber such as a polyimide fiber, a polyamide fiber, a polybenzoxazole fiber and a polybenzimidazole fiber into contact with the surface of a heat-treating device to which a carbon sheet is stuck to heat the fiber. A heater in one type of induction heating, electric heater and far-infrared can be used as the heat-treating device. The carbon sheet produced by using a natural graphite or a polymer sheet as a raw material can be used as the carbon sheet, and the heating temperature is ≥200°C and ≤700°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
