FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding articles from plastic and loose materials. Proposed method comprises continuous feed of materials into mould and packing them with packing element which is imparted multiple motion toward mould open side and therefrom, together with mould translation. Said mould comprises, at least, two female dies under packing element to allow pre-packing in one direction in one female die and in final packing in return direction in the same female die, while, at a time, pre-packing is performed in the second female die. Proposed device comprises mould consisting of, at least, two female dies and packing element with auxiliary appliances made up of two sizing skies arranged in symmetry about packing element and jointed with packing element platform. ^ EFFECT: expanded process performances, preset degree of compaction. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
