<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cover member in which an electrode terminal and a cover are integrally bonded by a resin insulation member and which has superior sealability in adhesion between the electrode member and the resin insulation member. <P>SOLUTION: The battery cover member (10) includes an electrode terminal (40) made of metal, a cover (30) which is made of metal and has a through-hole (32), and an insulation member (50) made of resin, and the electrode terminal inserted in the through-hole and the cover are integrally bonded by the insulation member.
