<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for efficiently putting a guide wire through a contracted object and also favorably preventing trouble such as a blood vessel perforation from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: The catheter 10 for penetration includes: an extension member 40 for holding a tubular body 20 with respect to a lumen; and a transmission member 50 constituted of a first screw member arranged in the guide wire 11 and a second screw member arranged in the tubular body, so as to apply propulsive force to the projecting/retreating movement of the guide wire with rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
