PURPOSE: A coal drop preventing charging cart is provided to prevent the malfunction reason of a door due to falling coal by closing an output according to the movement of a link part. CONSTITUTION: A coal drop preventing charging cart comprises a first ascend/descend part(30), a second ascend/descend part(40), and a link part(50) and an opening and closing member(60). The first ascend/descend part form a flow path through which the transported material, loaded on a hopper. The second ascend/descend part comprise sliding a discharge hole supplying the transported material to outside. The link part is connected to the first ascend/descend part and moves according to the movement of first ascend/descend part. The opening and closing member is connected the link part and hinge and opens and closes the discharge hole according to the movement of the link part.
