PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam heating device preventing unevenness of heating temperature by steam even when a heat exchange face of a heat exchange vessel is horizontal. SOLUTION: A heating fluid supply pipe 3 is connected to the heat exchange vessel 1 via a control valve 7. A plurality of heat exchange vessel 1 side ends 23 of the heating fluid supply pipe 3 are opened toward a bottom face 20 on the side opposite to the horizontal heat exchange face 2. The heat exchange face 2 is arranged on the upper face of the heat exchange vessel 1. A porous member 19 is mounted between the plurality of heat exchange vessel 1 side ends 23 and the heat exchange face 2. A lower side of the porous member 19 serves as a condensation reservoir part 22. Since steam supplied from the heat exchange vessel 1 side ends 23 of the heating fluid supply pipe 3 is dispersed and supplied to inside of the heat exchange vessel 1, steam heating is enabled without causing uneven temperature.
