<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying apparatus using a small-sized ship capable of purifying contaminated water of rivers and the like by a compact structure and achieving the reduction of an installation cost. <P>SOLUTION: A first water purifying apparatus A<SB>1</SB>includes a route blower 3 provided with a suction port and a discharge port, an exhaust pipe 35 connected to the discharge port at one end thereof and provided so as to allow the other end thereof to face the outside of the hull 151 of the small-sized ship 150 and an air diffusion pipe unit 45 connected to the other end of the exhaust pipe 35, and a large amount of fine air bubbles generated in the air diffusion pipe unit 45 by supplying air sucked from the outside by operating the route blower 3 to the air diffusion pipe unit 45 is discharged into water.
