<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member for an electrophotographic device, which is excellent in durability and conductivity and of which the resistance is easily controlled; and to provide an electrostatic latent image carrier using the conductive member, a developing device, a developing method, an image forming apparatus and an image forming method. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive member comprises at least a resin, a conductive substance and nanofibers, wherein the nanofibers are made of an organic polymer and have an average diameter D of ≤500 nm and an average length L which is ≥100 times the average diameter D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
