PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner reducing dimension, weight and cost and a gas baking device including the burner. SOLUTION: The burner 1 includes a combustion part 2, a conduit part 3, a secondary air introduction outer piping part 4 and a connection part 5. The combustion part 2 includes: a mixed gas jetting part 2a jetting mixed gas of fuel and primary air; a secondary air jetting part 2b jetting secondary air; a mixed gas supply part 2c supplying the mixed gas to the mixed gas jetting part 2a; and a secondary air supply part 2d supplying secondary air to the secondary air jetting part 2b. The conduit part 3 introduces the mixed gas to the mixed gas supply part 2c. The secondary air introduction outer piping part 4 is detachably provided in the combustion part 2, and introduces the secondary air to the secondary air supply part 2d. The conduit part 3 includes an upstream conduit part 31 and a downstream conduit part 32, and the connection part 5 interconnects the upstream conduit part 31 and the downstream conduit part 32.
