摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make low cost, low power consumption and downsizing compatible with optical characteristics such as wavefront aberration and scan line bow as an optical scanning device adaptable to four or more faces to be scanned. SOLUTION: The optical scanning device includes: a light source device; a polygon mirror 104; scanning optics systems corresponding to respective deflected light beams 202a to 202c; and flat glass plates 111a to 111c located on optical paths between the scanning optics systems and faces to be scanned according to the respective light beams while having no refracting power in the main and sub-scanning directions and inclined with an angle relative to the axis normal to the advancing direction of the incident light beams. For each of light beams 202a to 202c having different incident angles in sub-scanning direction relative to the normal line of the reflection surface of the polygon mirror 104, the inclination angles of the flat glass plates 111a to 111c corresponding to the light beams relative to the normal axis of the advancing direction of the light beams are different for the different incident angles of the light beams 202a to 202c.
