PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving toilet seat, which is useful especially during the time when a toilet is not in use or in cold regions, because a less amount of electricity is consumed to keep the toilet seat warmed. SOLUTION: The toilet seat includes a fluid passage installed inside a toilet seat body. The fluid passage can efficiently warm the toilet seat body with a flow of warm water therein in a moment, and leaves no water after the flow, so that the toilet seat body can be kept from getting cold even during a longer period of use while saving electricity.
