PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device which allows suitable recording of voice. SOLUTION: The photographing device 1 includes: a photographing part 13 which is used for photographing; a first microphone 311F which detects voice on the object side to output a first voice signal; a second microphone 311R which detects voice on the side different from the object side to output a second voice signal; a recording part 14 which records the first voice signal and the second voice signal; and a control part 100 which controls the recording part 14 so that at least one of a level of the first voice signal to be recorded in the recording part 14 and a level of the second voice signal to be recorded in the recording part 14 changes according to a photographing state of the photographing part 13.
