PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device of a fuel tank which secures ventilation to the outside of the fuel tank even when the device sufficiently tilts while a vehicle drives, and prevents fuel in the fuel tank from spilling out. SOLUTION: The ventilation device includes: first and second fuel cutoff valves 20, 20A arranged at both sides of a reference surface BP facing to a traveling direction AD of the vehicle; and bulkhead members 40, 40A for covering one parts of sides of first and second fuel cutoff valves 20, 20A, respectively. The bulkhead members 40, 40A include a cutoff side wall 44 arranged between a reference surface BP; and a bulkhead opening 45 formed at a side pinching the fuel cutoff valve 20 with respect to the reference surface BP. Even when the fuel tank tilts up to the maximum tilt allowance angle, the cutoff side wall is extended downward so as to form an air pocket AS in a seal part 23c of the fuel cutoff valve 20 positioned downward due to tilting.
