METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HORIZONTAL WHEEL FOR SASH HANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a horizontal wheel for a sash hanger that can improve strength and wear resistance while manufacturing the horizontal wheel for the sash hanger at a low cost by carrying out insert molding to embed a bearing which is a mass-produced article on the market. SOLUTION: An injection molding die 8 formed with a cavity C to cover part of a lower shielding plate 6 of the bearing 2 with resin is used to inject molten resin from a gate 10 formed to be located on the outer peripheral surface side of a resin ring in an injection process. At this time, molten resin is filled at high speed up to a position where the molten resin does not cover the lower shielding plate 6, and then filled at low speed to suppress the deformation of the lower shielding plate 6 from a position where the molten resin starts covering the lower shielding plate 6. In a pressure holding process, an injection molding machine is controlled to reduce first stage holding pressure to form a required solidified layer and to hold it for a fixed time.
