PURPOSE: A fluid receiving chamber, a micro-fluidic device with a fluid receiving chamber, and a fluid mixing method are provided to enable the precise control of fluid and reduce the waste of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluidic device with a fluid receiving chamber comprises an inner space(106), a fluid inflow hole(112), a fluid supply hole(113), and a fluid discharge hole(109). The inner space accepts the fluid. The fluid flows in the fluid inflow hole from the outside. The fluid supply hole supplies the fluid to the inner space. The fluid discharge hole discharges the fluid accepted in the inner space to the outside.
