A method for producing a non-adhesive member having greatly improved non-adhesiveness when compared with conventional non-adhesive members, and a non-adhesive member produced by the method. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a non-adhesive member (10), which is characterized by comprising: a non-adhesive particle arranging step wherein one side of a sheet-like pattern (4), which is provided with a through hole (4a) through which non-adhesive particles (5) can pass, is brought into contact with the surface of a member (1) via an adhesive material (3), and after spraying the non-adhesive particles (5) from the other side of the sheet-like pattern (4), the sheet-like pattern (4) is removed therefrom; and an overcoat film forming step wherein the surface of the member (1), on which the non-adhesive particles (5) are arranged in the non-adhesive particle arranging step, is covered with a non-adhesive overcoat film (6) and the resulting is fired at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.
