PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of acquiring a highly-accurate measured value, and to provide its photometric value correction method. SOLUTION: In the automatic analyzer and the photometric value correction method, a specimen is analyzed based on a photometric value from a photometric device 31 for measuring a light quantity in a prescribed wavelength band in emission light emitted from reaction liquid of the specimen and a reagent. The automatic analyzer includes: a correction coefficient operation part 42 for operating a correction coefficient by using each reference spectrophotometric value of emission light measured respectively in respective spectral sensitivity in a plurality of wavelengths of a photometer 31a and in the plurality of wavelengths; and a photometric value correction part 31b for correcting a measured value of the reaction liquid measured by the photometer during analysis, in each manufacturing lot of the reagent, based on the correction coefficient, to thereby acquire a corrected photometric value.
