PURPOSE: A waterproof-sheet manufacturing apparatus is provided to prevent the thermally fused part between a nonwoven fabric and a synthetic resin sheet from becoming separated since they are maintained in a pressed state for a given time. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof-sheet manufacturing apparatus comprises lower and upper coupling units(A,B) and a heater member(80). The lower coupling unit comprises first and second pressing rollers(40A,40B) and a first belt member(50). The first and second pressing rollers are installed to maintain the distance from each other. The first belt member is wound on each pressing roller. The upper coupling unit comprises third and fourth pressing rollers(60A, 60B) and a second belt member(70). The third and fourth pressing rollers are installed to face the first and second pressing rollers at an interval. The second belt member is wound on the third and fourth pressing rollers and comprises a second pressing member(72).
