<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing method of a carbon nanotube (CNT) to a base material, the method with which a sufficient CNT adhesive strength can be obtained while low gas releasability and electrical conductivity are secured. <P>SOLUTION: In the brazing method of a CNT to a base material, a metal or a metallic compound is stuck to a part of the CNT and then, the CNT is brazed to the base material using a brazing filler metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
