摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element molding device for reducing electric power consumption required for operation. SOLUTION: The optical element molding device is equipped with a heating part 12, a pressing part 13 and a cooling part 14, each of them being equipped with an under-shaft trestle 2, an under-shaft heat insulator 3, an under-shaft heating section 5 and an upper-shaft heating section 7, an upper heater 8, an upper-shaft heat insulator 9, an upper drive shaft 10 and an upper drive unit 11. On the internal surface 1a of a chamber outer wall 1 constituting a chamber space 15 wherein the heating part 12, the pressing part 13 and the cooling part 14 are arranged, a heat reflection part 20 and a heat insulator 21 are arranged in order to confine heat generated by an under heater 4 and an upper heater 8 into a chamber space 15. Thus, the quantity of heat lost by cooling water 19 flowing through a chamber exterior-wall water channel 16, an under-shaft trestle water channel 17 and an upper-shaft water channel 18 is reduced; heating of a molding tool 50 by the under-shaft heating section 5 and the upper-shaft heating section 7 is streamlined; and the electric requirements of the under heater 4 and the upper heater 8 are reduced.
