PURPOSE: A sugar-free beverage and a drink, and a producing method of a material composition are provided to improve the color, the taste, and the palatability of the beverage and the drink using schizandrae fructus and mulberry. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a material composition for a sugar-free beverage and a drink comprises the following steps; melting frozen schisandra chinensis and mulberry, and juicing before mixing together; heat-sterilizing the mixed juice of the schisandra chinensis and the mulberry for 30minutes at 100deg C; and cooling the mixed juice, and filtering.
